Here is my story.....
I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Design (which is a focus on product design). After graduation I did freelance graphic design for several years, basically working to support my passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures. While traveling I loved taking pictures and trying to really capture the moment I was experiencing in this new location. I began to study photography and all that went into taking a great picture, and with many hours of hard work and practice I created a look that I feel is very unique.
So how I got into weddings..... About two years ago a friend asked me if I would photograph her wedding....I immediately fell in love with it. I enjoyed every moment of the day, and really dedicated myself to capturing the entire spirit so the couple would never forget their special day. Since that day, I have photographed over 20 weddings and feel that my experience and talents set me apart from other photographers.
Currently I am an Art Director with an advertising company in Athens, GA. I work with this company during the day, but my true passion comes out after work when I pick up my camera and begin shooting. I have only talked about weddings, but I can photograph any event in ones life. My past experiences include: concerts, commercial products, engagements, portraits, and really anything that you want photographed to always remember.
